By using Kips Template, provided by Kips Technology, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the editor to create and export designs, subject to these terms.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the designs, text, images, and files you create or upload. By default, projects stay in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups of important work.
3. Age and responsibility
Users who are not legally able to accept online terms or manage payments should use the Service with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. Paid services, account ownership, and monetization relationships must be handled by someone legally able to enter those agreements.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload or export content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not impersonate brands, people, or organizations without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law allows.
- Do not use built-in templates as a raw asset pack for redistribution.
5. Templates and built-in assets
Built-in templates and elements are provided for editing inside Kips Template and for creating finished designs. You may export finished designs, but you may not redistribute the built-in templates or asset library as standalone files.
6. Originality and rights
Kips Template is an original product. The Service does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, or fonts that you upload yourself. Make sure you have permission for uploaded material before publishing or selling a design.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided as available. Offline use depends on your browser cache and device storage. We may change features to improve security, performance, or usability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kips Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the Service.
